All Washington residents and businesses will be charged WA Sales Tax (unless a Resale Certificate is provided) Please advise prior to completing your purchase and the invoice will be corrected.


AS-IS/E-OK/Reconditioned/New Surplus/New Unused items

Any item that is AS-IS, E-OK (electrically okay) and or Used carries no implied manufacturer’s warranty, and may have minor cosmetic damages or shelf ware.  If the item is for parts only that will be noted in the listing.  Some items that are new, unused, Reconditioned or surplus will have a manufacturers and or Atlas Electric Inc. warranty as specified in the listing. New Surplus items may have been installed but never powered up. These may show signs of installation such as mounting holes, removed knockouts and paint scratches.


Items Shipping by Freight

We typically ship any freight item within 2 business days once item is paid for.  It may take longer if any modifications, additions, or services are added to item. Allow an additional 10 days for reconditioned items.  If you need your item expedited please advise us and we can quote the extra fees.  Local pick up is also available for any item purchased.  All freight items are quoted as business to business delivery unless it is specified the delivery address is a residence, which will cost extra.  A dock or forklift is required for all freight deliveries to a business.  If you would like to use your own package or freight account please advise us when you make your purchase and shipping costs will be removed from the invoice.  Also provide the account number, service needed, and carrier information.


Items Shipping by UPS Ground

We will ship any item 70 Lbs. or less within 1 business day after payment is received. If you would like to pay actual shipping costs instead of the automated rates, please call us with the stock number at 800-268-5454 and order over the phone.


 Payment Details

We accept Paypal along with any other major credit card. Paypal users must have a verified address to ship to.  Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, and Business Checks will be accepted.  If paying with any of those instruments the item will not be shipped until it has cleared.


Return Policy

We will honor a return if the buyer contacts us within 30 days after receiving the item.  Accepted reasons for returning an item are if it is defective, or not as described in the listing.  If an item contains a serial number this information is recorded and will be verified after item is received back.  Refunds will be given as Money Back, Exchange, or Replacement (Buyers Choice).  Return shipping will be paid by the Buyer.



All transformers with the exception of "new" are tested prior to being put into stock, and a test report is available upon request.  New and reconditioned units come with a one year warranty.  Used units are sold as-is and in working condition.
